British Canoeing is the National Governing Body for Paddlesport in the UK.
As well as being a registered charity, Ulverston Canoe Club is affiliated to British Canoeing.
A number of our members hold Leadership, Coaching and Guiding qualifications and offer coaching and support
to members. We will also refund the annual membership fee to any member attending a 2 day First Aid course.
We follow British Canoeing best practice guidelines and benefit from liability insurance cover for official
club activities as detailed on the club calendar or in emails from the club ulverstoncc@gmail account.
